An accredited engineering office
Official accreditations from the Kingdom's regulators and operators
When choosing an engineering consultancy, official accreditation is the deciding factor: who licenses the office, who qualified it, and who accepts its signature. Arvox holds accreditations from the authorities our clients actually face — the Saudi Council of Engineers, Civil Defense, MODON, the High Commission for Industrial Security, and Balady — plus supplier registrations with major corporations.

Licensed engineering consultancy — Saudi Council of Engineers
Arvox operates under final engineering-consultancy licence no. 5100004481, issued by the Saudi Council of Engineers and the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, covering safety engineering and civil engineering. This licence is the legal foundation for any consulting office practising in the Kingdom.

Accredited Civil Defense office — Salamah licences
As an office accredited by the General Directorate of Civil Defense through the Salamah platform, Arvox holds both the establishment licence and the activity-practice licence — preparing immediate and non-immediate technical reports, issuing conformity certificates, and following safety requirements through to the facility's Civil Defense permit.

Accredited consulting office with MODON
Arvox holds a consulting-office accreditation from MODON covering factory design, supervision of industrial, residential and service buildings inside the industrial cities, and surveying works. For industrial-city clients this means an office already accredited to work with MODON's requirements directly.

Accredited industrial-security office — HCIS qualification
Arvox is qualified by the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS) for fire prevention and protection consultancy — the qualification required to work on oil, gas and industrial facilities governed by HCIS directives, from risk studies to protection-system approval.

Approved supplier with Saudi Aramco
Arvox is registered in Saudi Aramco's supplier management system as an approved engineering-services provider, alongside similar registrations with SABIC, Ma'aden and other major organisations — the full list is in the approved-supplier section on the homepage.

Licensed with Balady and the Municipality
Arvox holds a current commercial-activity licence through the Balady platform, issued by the Eastern Province Municipality (East Dammam), for construction project management. Municipal licensing is what enables the office to practise and to clear municipality requirements on behalf of its clients.
