Training and readiness
Training staff and running evacuation plans and emergency drills to raise operational readiness.
Correctly installed systems still need people who know how to use them. Most evacuation delays are not caused by missing equipment but by unclear roles in the first moments.
We start from an evacuation plan built on the actual building: defined routes per zone, assembly points, and clear responsibilities for floor wardens, evacuation leads and sweep checks. The plan is posted where it is needed and explained to staff, not filed away.
Training covers hands-on extinguisher use matched to fire class, operating and reading the alarm panel, and reporting and coordination procedures with Civil Defence. It is practical and on site, not a slide deck.
We run drills with measured actual evacuation times compared against the calculated time from the study. The gap between those two figures is the real readiness indicator, and it produces a specific improvement list rather than a general assessment.
- Evacuation plans built on the actual building
- Hands-on extinguisher and alarm panel training
- Timed evacuation drills
- Defined roles and responsibilities
Common questions about this service
At least annually for ordinary facilities, twice a year for high-occupancy or industrial ones. Any change to the building layout or the team warrants a fresh drill.
