Some projects cannot be solved by applying a table from the code. Buildings with large open volumes, extensions to older structures, or activities that are not cleanly classified need a reasoned engineering decision rather than a menu choice.
We provide independent review of third-party designs before construction or before purchase. The review identifies regulatory non-compliance, operational risk, and over-specified items that raise cost without raising protection.
Where conventional requirements do not fit, we use performance-based design: the safety objective is demonstrated by calculation and modelling rather than literal compliance with a table that does not suit the building's geometry. That route demands stronger documentation for the reviewing authority, and we prepare it.
We also carry out risk assessment for insurance and corporate accreditation purposes, and align safety systems with project sustainability requirements and Vision 2030 building-quality targets.

A licensed, accredited consulting office
Arvox holds a final engineering-consultancy licence from the Saudi Council of Engineers covering safety engineering and civil engineering, is accredited with Civil Defense, MODON and the High Commission for Industrial Security, and is an approved supplier to Saudi Aramco. Those accreditations are what make our signature acceptable to the competent authority, on commercial and industrial projects alike.

Common questions about this service
When the building's geometry creates a condition the code does not address directly — a large atrium, a travel distance beyond the limit, or an unclassified mixed use. The route is legitimate and accepted, but it requires engineering proof.
