Who we are

This site is run by Arvox Engineering Consultancy, Dammam, Saudi Arabia. For privacy matters, contact info@arvox.sa.

What we collect

Contact and quote form: your name, email, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.

Careers form: name, email, phone number, specialisation, portfolio link and the note the applicant writes.

Usage data: pages visited, where the visit came from, device and browser type and approximate country, through Google Analytics and a self-hosted, cookie-free statistics tool (Umami).

We do not ask for payment details, collect sensitive data, or create visitor accounts.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry or request and provide the service you asked for, and to consider job applications.

To understand how the site is used and improve its content and search visibility.

We do not sell or rent your data, or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Form submissions are stored on servers operated by Arvox and seen only by the staff concerned.

Service providers we rely on: Google (Analytics and Search Console) and our hosting provider. Tapping the WhatsApp button moves the conversation to WhatsApp, under its own privacy policy.

Messages and applications are kept as long as needed for follow-up, then deleted or archived.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits. The site also remembers your light/dark theme choice in your browser. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Google account connection in the admin

The site's admin (for Arvox staff only) may be connected to the company's Google account to read Search Console and Google Analytics reports and to submit the sitemap. Access is read-only and used solely to show arvox.sa's performance inside the admin.

Arvox's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising. The connection can be removed at any time from the admin or from the Google account's permissions page.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to info@arvox.sa; we will reply within a reasonable time under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the way the site works changes; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
