Accredited engineering office in Dammam

Dammam puts very different facilities in one city: hospitals, schools and government buildings in the districts, showrooms and retail on the main roads, and factories and warehouses in the industrial cities and around King Abdulaziz Port. Each type carries its own classification and safety requirements.

Inside Dammam's industrial cities MODON is the regulator, with an approval route separate from the municipality's. Arvox is a MODON-qualified consulting office, and our industrial work in Dammam includes Amiantit's sites in the 1st Industrial City, the Zamil Steel factory, the Basic Chemical Industries plant and BAFCO's warehouses at King Abdulaziz Port.

Outside the industrial cities most files run on two tracks: the Civil Defense permit through Salamah, and Eastern Province municipality licences through Balady. We run both, so the owner does not shuttle between authorities.
