Khobar is the closest city to our Dammam head office, and a large share of our projects are here: malls, towers and hotels.
Khobar's facilities are mostly retail and hospitality: malls, residential and office towers, hotels and showrooms. These buildings combine high occupancy with open volumes, so their safety design starts from occupancy classification, exit capacity and smoke control.
In Khobar we have worked on Al Rashid Mall, Al Jarboo Tower, Al Abdulkareem Tower, Al Rashid Towers, Al Saraya Residential Towers, the Mövenpick, voco and Aloft hotels, and the National Water Company's Ajyal water stations.
Existing towers and hotels keep needing updates: new tenant fit-outs, a floor changing use, a safety certificate renewal. We review the building's existing file and identify only what has to change.
