Fire safety for sleeping occupancies focuses on detecting fire early in rooms and corridors, an alarm that wakes and directs occupants, and smoke control in corridors and protected stairs. Hotel kitchens, laundries and function halls add hazards that need their own protection.
We have worked on the Mövenpick, voco and Aloft hotels in Khobar, the Coral Hotel in Al-Ahsa, and the Al Rashid and Al Saraya residential towers. In operating hotels we put particular weight on staff training, because staff are the first to guide guests.
